Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Walnut Creek Heat Pumps ("we") collects when you use walnutcreekheatpumps.com and how we use it.
What we collect
When you send a request we collect what you enter: name, phone, email if given, city or ZIP, project details and notes. We also record the page you submitted from, the referring page and campaign tags (utm parameters) so we know how you found us. When you call, the call may be routed through a tracking number that logs the call time, duration and caller number, and calls may be recorded for quality.
We use cookies and analytics tools (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) to measure visits and actions such as clicks on the phone number and form submissions. We don't send your name, phone, email or message to analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to pass your request to an independent HVAC contractor serving your area, who may contact you about your project. Contractors may pay us for project requests or for use of this website. We send your request only to contractors who may do your project, and we don't sell or give your information to anyone for unrelated marketing.
Service providers
We use providers to run the site: Cloudflare (hosting), Formspree (form delivery), call-tracking and analytics providers. They process information on our behalf.
Your choices
You can ask us to access or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by calling (925) 477-4532. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and correct personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. You can block cookies in your browser.
Retention and security
We keep request records as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, and we use reasonable safeguards. No method of transmission is completely secure.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16.
